Is there an extra charge for bringing my own food or medication?

No, there is no extra charge for owner provided meals.

If your dog requires two meals a day, there is a small fee of $5 per extra meal. We leave breakfast out until early afternoon for grazers. ​You are very welcome to bring your pet’s own food, just make sure wet and dry food is pre-portioned into one or two serves per bag and stored in rodent proof plastic containers clearly labelled with your pet’s name.

Medications are charged at $2 per dose. Please don’t split them, just ensure all medication is clearly labelled with your pet’s first and last name. ​

 

If needed, we have rodent proof containers available for hire for $5 per stay.

My pet has fleas at drop off, will you treat them?

Yes. If fleas are found, your dog will receive a bath, and if needed, we will administer a flea treatment.

My dog is scared of storms, will they be okay?

​​

Absolutely. Our purpose built kennels keep pets safe and secure in all weather.

We also have special thunderstorm and escape proof kennels available if your dog needs extra comfort. During storms, our team checks on pets frequently, and for anxious dogs, we will even stay with them until they settle, even at 2am.

What should I bring?

​

We provide trampoline beds for all dogs, and bedding is available for $2 per day. All bedding and toys are regularly washed and disinfected.

​

You are welcome to bring:

• Bedding, toys, Kongs, slow feeder bowls, or medications

• A worn shirt with your scent to help your pet settle

​

Please note:

• We have plenty of toys and bowls available on site

• Any bowls you bring must withstand 85°C, our sanitation temperature

• Label all items with your pet’s first and last name

• The kennels are not responsible for any lost, dirty, or damaged items

Can my dogs stay together?

​

Yes, we have spacious rooms to accommodate dogs from the same family. You can also choose to house them separately if you prefer.

Can I tour the kennels or cattery?

​

Yes, we encourage walkthroughs to meet our team and see where your pets will stay. Tours are available during:

​

• Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 10:30am or 2:45pm

• Saturday (school term only): 10:30am

Please note:

• No walkthroughs on public holidays

• No pets or children under 16 during visits, as it can be noisy

• Please wear non slip shoes

• If it is raining, we may postpone for safety

• All visitors must sign a waiver prior to entry
